Primex cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations.
Payments & Wallet
Primex operates on a prepaid wallet system. You must fund your wallet before purchasing virtual numbers or SMS delivery credits.
- All wallet funding is processed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) via our supported payment partners
- Prices for virtual numbers and credits are displayed in your account dashboard and may change without prior notice
- Wallet credits are non-transferable between accounts
- Primex is not a financial institution and your wallet balance is not a deposit — it holds no interest and is not insured
- You are responsible for ensuring sufficient wallet balance before placing orders
Refund Policy
Primex offers two distinct number products, each with its own refund terms. Please read carefully before purchasing.
8.1 Virtual Numbers (Temporary — 20 Minutes)
Virtual Numbers are temporary numbers valid for 20 minutes from activation. They are designed for receiving multiple OTP or SMS codes within that window from any supported service.
8.2 Rent Number (Custom Duration)
Rent Number allows you to lease a dedicated virtual number for a custom duration — from hours to several days. The number remains exclusively assigned to your account for the full rental period.
8.3 General Refund Conditions
- Unused wallet credits: May be refunded upon written request, subject to processing review and identity verification.
- Fraudulent funding: Any wallet balance linked to fraudulent or disputed payment transactions will be frozen pending investigation and may be permanently forfeited.
- Refund method: All approved refunds are issued as wallet credits only — not back to the original payment method — unless otherwise required by law.
How to request a refund: Contact us at support@primex.ng with your order ID, account email, and the number in question. Requests submitted outside the stated windows will not be eligible for review.
